Designed for today’s cleaning professional, the

FPWT 170 Series offers maximum performance,

mobility and efficiency, even under extreme

conditions. Its compact yet powerful design is

economical to use, offers flexibility and easy

maintenance. Available with various options,

the FPWT 170 Series can be specified with or

without covers and skid or trailer-mounted. Its

170 hp John Deere 4 - cylinder diesel engine

drives a triplex plunger pump to achieve flow

rates and pressures from 18.2 gpm @ 10,000

psi to 4.8 gpm @ 40,000 psi. Combining a light

weight, compact design and easy-to- use indus-

trial control system, these models offer flexibility

and convenience. The optional hoods reduce

noise and tilt up for convenient maintenance.

The trailer- mounted units meet all U.S. D.O.T.

requirements.

With this contractor-grade addition to the FPWT 170 Series, this unit is built for industrial

cleaning and surface preparation.The FPWT 170 Series was designed to meet the needs

of industrial plants as well as contractors’ requirements. It sets new standards in design,

operation and maintenance, while extending the leadership in quality.The FPWT TD 170

is equipped with a rugged, low center of gravity trailer for improved towing and steering,

center enclosure with lifting capabilities, heavy - duty fenders, rugged axles, all stainless

steel piping on suction and discharge lines, integrated pump gear box for low - rpm and

less wear, 180-gallon water tanks and an easy-to- operate industrial style control system.

The UHP 170 series – the mobile ultra-high-pressure trailer up to 40,500 PSI (2,800 bar) @ 10 GPM (40.5 l/ min)

Versatile use, simple and safe operation, and low

machine costs. These points are the decisive cri-

teria for the economical and efficient function of a

modern high-pressure unit.

And this is precisely where the newly developed

maximum-pressure units of the UHP-170 Class

set the standards.

The high-performance pump

At the heart of each unit is the extremely robust

high-pressure pump with integrated reduction gear.

It is linked via a flexible coupling to the 170 hp die-

sel engine. This not only reduces the size of the

unit, but also the vibration and the noise level.

The high-pressure pump is designed with minimum

volume. It therefore has maximum efficiency, saves

fuel and reduces the current operating costs.

The UHP 170 is available in 3 versions:
